• How to buy education on Musichool

Musichool courses are completely optional.
You can start the course at any time and there is no deadline for completing it.

• Are trainings delivered online or on-site?

All of the trainings available on Musichool take place online.
Depending on the type of training you purchase, there are pre-recorded or live training options.

• Can we get a certificate when you graduate from the training programs?

While Musichool is not an accredited institution, we offer skills-based courses taught by real-world experts in the field.
Each approved paid course includes a certificate of completion to document your achievement.

• Is the equipment required for trainings provided?

It will be healthier to do the trainings in an isolated area.
In environments that provide this, your computer, cell phone and headphones are sufficient.

On Musichool, you can attend recorded trainings anytime, anywhere.
For live online lessons, you have to adapt to the time scheduled by the instructor.

Musichool supports several different payment methods depending on the country and location of your account.

• What happens if the instructor removes the course from the platform?

We host thousands of courses on our online learning marketplace.
Our marketplace model means that we do not own the copyright to the content of the courses; the respective instructors own those rights.
In rare cases, instructors can remove their courses from our marketplace or Musichooln may need to remove a course from the platform for policy or legal reasons.
If this happens to a course you have enrolled in, please contact us and we will be ready to help you.

Please note: sometimes instructors may decide to unpublish their courses and close them to additional enrollments.
For example, an instructor may unpublish an old course until they have had a chance to update the course content.
However, in the event that an instructor unpublishes their course, the course content will remain on the platform and will continue to be accessible to students enrolled in the course.

• What should I do for help?
