Kullan\u0131c\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan \u00f6denen e\u011fitim \u00fccretinden KDV ve di\u011fer giderler d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcld\u00fckten sonra elde edilen net gelirin %60\u2019\u0131 (y\u00fczde altm\u0131\u015f) E\u011fitmen\u2019e \u00f6denir. Faturaland\u0131rma s\u00fcreci, i\u015fbu maddenin 1. f\u0131kras\u0131nda belirtilen usule uygun olarak y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcl\u00fcr.<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>TARAFLARIN HAK ve Y\u00dcK\u00dcML\u00dcL\u00dcKLER\u0130<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">E\u011fitmen, yer sa\u011flay\u0131c\u0131 s\u0131fat\u0131na sahip olan Musichool\u2019u bu konuda m\u00fcnhas\u0131ran yetkilendirdi\u011fini kabul ve beyan eder. \u015eu kadar ki; \u015fayet E\u011fitmen, <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/www.musichool.co\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">www.musichool.co<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> uzant\u0131l\u0131 internet sitesi arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla ileti\u015fim kurdu\u011fu \u00f6\u011frenciyle harici olarak ba\u015fka bir vas\u0131tayla veya do\u011frudan ili\u015fki kurar ve \u00f6\u011frenci ile ders i\u015flerse, i\u015flenen her ders ba\u015f\u0131na e\u011fitmenin ders ba\u015f\u0131na (\u20ba)\/(\u20ac) kazanc\u0131n\u0131n %50\u2019sinin \u00fccret bedeli cezai \u015fart bedelini, arac\u0131l\u0131k hizmeti yapan Musichool\u2019a \u00f6demekle y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcd\u00fcr. \u0130\u015fbu bedel, 4. maddenin son f\u0131kras\u0131 uyar\u0131nca her ay g\u00fcncellenecektir.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Musichool, E\u011fitmen taraf\u0131ndan y\u00fcklenmesi talep edilen e\u011fitim videolar\u0131n\u0131, T\u00fcrk yasalar\u0131na ve etik kurallara ayk\u0131r\u0131 olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 m\u00fcddet\u00e7e, online platformlarda yay\u0131mlayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131, bu hizmeti, i\u015fbu s\u00f6zle\u015fme kapsam\u0131nda kendisine devredilen haklar kapsam\u0131nda, kullan\u0131c\u0131\/\u00f6\u011frencilere kesintisiz ve tam \u015fekilde sunmay\u0131 garanti eder.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">E\u011fitmen, kendisine Musichool taraf\u0131ndan verilecek oryantasyon e\u011fitimleri ve hizmet ili\u015fkisi esnas\u0131nda \u00f6\u011frendi\u011fi gizli bilgileri koruyaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131, yetkili kamu kurum ve kurulu\u015flar\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan talep edilmedi\u011fi m\u00fcddet\u00e7e bunu \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc ki\u015filerin eri\u015fiminden koruyaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131, aksi halde Musichool\u2019un ya\u015fayaca\u011f\u0131 zarar\u0131 tazmin edece\u011fini kabul ve taahh\u00fct eder.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">E\u011fitmen, Musichool taraf\u0131ndan ders esnas\u0131nda al\u0131nan g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fc ve ses kayd\u0131n\u0131n, i\u015fbu s\u00f6zle\u015fme s\u00fcresi boyunca Musichool taraf\u0131ndan i\u015flenebilece\u011fini, <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/www.musichool.co\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">www.musichool.co<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> uzant\u0131l\u0131 internet sitesinde ticari ama\u00e7larla; di\u011fer bilumum platformlarda da ticari olmayan ama\u00e7larla kullan\u0131labilece\u011fini, 5846 say\u0131l\u0131 Fikir ve Sanat Eserleri Kanunu\u2019nda yaz\u0131l\u0131 haklar\u0131m\u0131n kullan\u0131m\u0131 i\u00e7in Musichool\u2019a tam yetki verdi\u011fini kabul, beyan ve taahh\u00fct eder.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">E\u011fitmen, Musichool platformunda yer alan e\u011fitimlerin i\u00e7eri\u011fi ve do\u011frulu\u011fundan tamamen sorumludur. E\u011fitmen, Musichool platformunda yer alan e\u011fitimlerin i\u00e7eri\u011finin T\u00fcrk yasalar\u0131na uygun olmas\u0131ndan ve \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc ki\u015filerin haklar\u0131n\u0131 ihlal etmemesi konusunda da tek sorumludur. E\u011fitmen, \u00f6\u011frenciler ile ya\u015fayaca\u011f\u0131 ihtilaflara ili\u015fkin Musichool\u2019un hi\u00e7bir \u015fekilde sorumlu tutulamayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 kabul eder.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.musichool.co\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">www.musichool.co<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> uzant\u0131l\u0131 internet sitesinde yay\u0131mlanan dersler yaln\u0131zca, Musichool\u2019a ait bu internet sitesinde yay\u0131mlanabilecektir. Ders kayd\u0131n\u0131n E\u011fitmen taraf\u0131ndan platform d\u0131\u015f\u0131na aktar\u0131lmas\u0131, yaln\u0131zca Musichool\u2019un yaz\u0131l\u0131 onay\u0131 ile m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olacakt\u0131r. Musichool ile dersten en az 48 saat \u00f6ncesinde payla\u015f\u0131r. Aksi halde ya\u015fanacak aksakl\u0131klardan Musichool sorumlu de\u011fildir.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">E\u011fitmen, e\u011fitim \u00f6ncesi; kay\u0131tl\u0131 video, canl\u0131 yay\u0131n ve sunum haz\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6zenle yapmay\u0131 ve e\u011fitime ili\u015fkin t\u00fcm materyalleri e\u011fitim saati \u00f6ncesinde haz\u0131r bulundurmay\u0131 taahh\u00fct eder. E\u011fitmen, e\u011fitim verece\u011fi noktada y\u00fcksek internet h\u0131z\u0131na sahip olmal\u0131d\u0131r. E\u011fitmen, internet ba\u011flant\u0131s\u0131ndan kaynakl\u0131 ya\u015fanan aksakl\u0131klar sebebiyle dersin g\u00f6r\u00fclememesi halinde, kullan\u0131c\u0131lara ma\u011fduriyet ya\u015fatmamak ad\u0131na e\u011fitimi tekrarlayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 kabul eder.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u015eayet E\u011fitmen derse kat\u0131l\u0131m sa\u011flayamazsa veya ders E\u011fitmen\u2019den kaynakl\u0131 bir sebeple g\u00f6r\u00fclemezse, E\u011fitmen, ayn\u0131 dersi Musichool\u2019un belirleyece\u011fi g\u00fcn ve saatte yeniden ifa etmekle y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcd\u00fcr. Fesih iradesinin tek ba\u015f\u0131na tazminat gerek\u00e7esi olmayaca\u011f\u0131 konusunda Taraflar mutab\u0131kt\u0131r. Ancak feshin ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmesi halinde dahi, E\u011fitmen daha \u00f6nce bildirdi\u011fi g\u00fcn ve saatte derse kat\u0131lmamas\u0131 halinde, ayn\u0131 dersi bir kez daha d\u00fczenleyerek e\u011fitim vermekle y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcd\u00fcr. M\u00fccbir sebep haline maruz kalan taraf, di\u011fer tarafa m\u00fccbir sebep durumunu derhal yaz\u0131l\u0131 olarak bildirir. M\u00fccbir sebep s\u00fcresi boyunca Taraflar\u2019\u0131n edimleri ask\u0131ya al\u0131n\u0131r.
